  • Yes! Pilates truly is for every body. Whether you’re a professional athlete or completely new to physical activity, working together we can build a pilates routine that’s right for you.

  • For group classes, it’s always best to have your own. Preferably a thick one to protect your back when we roll around on the ground. I do have mats to borrow should you need one.

    As for Privates, no mat is necessary. We will use the full complement of Pilates equipment in the studio.

  • Let’s talk about it! Pilates was created to help people strengthen their mind and body, and recover from certain injuries. It’s possible pilates could be a good thing for your injury, but we’ll want to be sure. Send me an email today and let’s talk about it!
