COVID-19 Clean Studio Update

Starting on Monday, June 15th, I will open my DTLA studio for limited capacity. If you want to keep working out on Zoom, awesome. That will always be there for you.

I've put together this list of guidelines/policies/what-have-you for your information. If you want to come into the studio, I hope you read it all, for your safety and mine. Please.

  • Any sessions scheduled through my website will still show as being online. If you want to come into the studio, send me an email or text and we can sort it out. I'll be spreading out IRL sessions so I can air everything out, clean all the surfaces. I'm so excited to see some of you in here again!

  • I have completed a course on proper cleaning and disinfecting Pilates Studios. I will be adhering to CDC Guidelines to keep both you and myself safe. I also have a HEPA air purifier and will leave the window open as much as possible (the A/C is there for us during a heatwave).

  • Do not come in if you are not feeling well. I know, basic common sense. Many of my clients are immunocompromised, so I ask you to be respectful. My cancellation policy is a little more flexible during COVID-19 times.

  • Wash your hands before and after working out. This should go without saying, but I'm saying it anyway. Gloves and hand sanitizer will be available.

  • No bare feet. You need to wear grip socks. If you don't have them, regular socks are ok until you can get some. I'm partial to ToeSox because they look good, but there are other grip socks available. Again, this might be obvious but, make sure your socks are clean and put them on when you get to the studio.

  • I'll be wearing a mask. I'd like you to wear one too, but I know working out in a mask isn't for everyone. Coming in IRL? Let's talk about it!

As always, I'm here to help you feel the best you can during this time of uncertainty. Click here to book a pilates session. And please reach out and let me know via email or text how I can best support you. Hope to see you soon – in person, or virtually!
